Our Team

Nick Nicholas

Nick Nicholas is the Technical Director for Genesis Water Technologies, Inc, a global leader in integrated treatment solutions for drinking water & waste water treatment.

In this role and previous roles with GWT, Mr. Nicholas has coordinated and led a global team of technical professionals in designing, engineering and building water & waste water treatment system solutions for industrial, commercial, and water utility clients within the USA and across the world.

Mr. Nicholas holds the distinction of being named one of the top 10 water professionals under 40 across the world by Water & Waste Digest magazine in 2019.

Benfrei Germo

Benfrei Germo is the regional manager of Genesis Water Technologies Philippines covering the Southeast Asia region.

In this role with GWT’s Philippine operations, Mr. Germo has coordinated and led a team of sales engineers in the Philippines and has liaised with partners in the greater SE Asian region to consult and serve our commercial, industrial and municipal clients with advanced water & waste water treatment solutions & services.

Seith Magambo

Seith Magambo currently serves as regional business development manager covering Southern Africa for Genesis Water Technologies based out of Uganda.

In his role, Mr. Magambo leads a team of technical sales professionals covering the countries across Southern Africa.

Our Board of Advisors

Jose Molfino

Mr. Molfino has a deep background at the C-suite level, holding positions including regional director and CFO at multinational pharmaceutical companies. His experience and knowledge in financial analysis and business strategy is an asset to the company. He currently holds the position of consultant at the Florida SBDC in Orlando, FL USA.

Jose holds a BSE in industrial engineering from the University of Lima, Peru and an MBA from Virginia Tech in Virginia. He also holds the Lean Six Sigma Belt designation.

Greg Snyder

Mr. Snyder has more than 40 years of experience in senior level business development and market strategy leasing sales and marketing teams in the renewable power industry, fossil power generation, energy storage and transmission industry sectors. He has experience within private equity project finance strategies and project management. He currently is president of Foundation Consulting LLC in Orlando, FL USA.

Gregory holds a BS in Engineering/Economics from Yale University.

Robert Davis

Mr. Davis has an extensive background in business development, sales, and management holding various positions in both mid size businesses and large entities including Johnson Controls and Convergys Corp. As part of the board, he assists Genesis in sales strategies and channel partner account development. He currently works at Samsung.

Robert holds a BS in Finance from Boston College.

Tim Fischer

Mr. Fischer brings 20 years over experience in spending his career in growing various businesses in senior level leadership positions including COO, CEO and senior managing director roles. His experience and expertise has assisted Genesis Water Technologies in several different aspects of business strategy. He currently is CEO of Southeast Elevator and ADA Lift Rentals of America.

Tim holds a BS in Mathematics from Notre Dame and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.

Jill McLaughlin

Ms. McLaughlin has an extensive background in investment banking and accounting for prestigious firms. Her experience and insight has provided several benefits to the company. She currently holds the position of program manager-exports at the Florida SBDC in Orlando, FL USA.

Jill holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago, she also holds the Certified Global Business Professional designation.
